Our mission is to combine our passion for food security to revolutionize how our small community can access fresh produce that is enjoyable and affordable all winter long. We care about the environment and improving quality of life. By growing locally and using advanced growing technologies we can reduce our ecological footprint one plant at a time.
What are microgreens?
Microgreens are little seedlings of various vegetables and herbs, cut just above the growing medium after the first true leaves appear. They are known for their various colours, textures and intense flavours and often found as garnishes at fine dining restaurants.

Not only do microgreens make a great addition to almost any meal they are also packed with essential vitamins and minerals. We have several varieties available for you to try and get creative with. Use them as a garnish or in your salad; even to add them to your burger, omelette, soup, pizza or smoothie.
