Shipping & Delivery

1. What products are available for shipping?

Currently Microgreens and perishable items are only available for local deliveries in Ignace, Ontario and pick-up in store at 803 Humphrey Rd. All other items can be shipped worldwide.

2. How much is shipping?

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100.00.

Unless otherwise stated, orders will be shipped via Canada Post using the following flat shipping rates:

Canada: $10.00
United States: $15.00
International: $25.00

Local deliveries  $5.00

3. Can I order online and pick up in store?

Yes, you'll have the option to select pick up in store during checkout prior to entering your shipping address.  You will receive a confirmation email within 2-3 business days and again when your order is ready for pickup. Items such as Microgreens can take up to 2 weeks to be grown. Please email jodywaldock@gmail.com for other pick-up arrangements. 

4. Where do you ship?

We ship many of our items worldwide with the exemption of food items.

5. When can I expect to receive my order?

Some items require growing or customization and can take up to 2 weeks for processing. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is ready for delivery/shipping. Since we are shipping from Ignace, Ontario there may be delays in Canada's Post's expected shipping times as well. 

Expected Shipping Times: 

Local: 3-5 days
Canada: 1-2 weeks
United States: 1-2 weeks
International: 4-12 weeks

If you require items by a specific time please let us know prior to submitting your order. 

6. Are you shipping during COVID?

Yes we are! Please note, Canada Post cannot guarantee any delivery times at the moment so there may be more delays in shipments.
