Our first purchase for the new kitchen. Now to get it set up. Going to be making some homemade bread for sure.

For a while it didn't look like much was happening but finally things are starting to shape up. Water was the last big item to check off the list and the first washroom is now in operation.  Now for the really fun part drywall.

While it may not seem that exciting, its something that has been pending for quite sometime, so today we are so happy to say the power is on. Time to turn on the heat and get shopping.

Inside has been completely stripped out and now we are starting on the exterior. Said goodbye to the bricks and hello to some custom cut wood siding to brighten it up. Can't wait to start working on the gardens. 

Twins are in their happy place....more walls are coming down and new ones going up.

Our little construction workers have been hard at work over the past couple weeks and claim to be expert wall breakers now

We may have a baker in the making. At 7 years old she insisted on doing it all herself, as much as mommy wanted to get her hands on it. Think she did a pretty good job!

What a perfect day to sign the papers, I can now officially say we are the proud new owners of 803 Humphrey Road in Ignace, Ontario. Located right off the TransCanada Highway watch it transform into an upscale market & café, a place you can relax, shop and enjoy fresh local foods. We will be slowing things down on the farm a bit to focus on our expansion but don't worry we are still busy in the garden.
