Return Policy

Twin Roots accepts the return of regular priced items within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, you must provide proof of purchase and return item(s) at your expense in the same condition received. Upon receipt we fully examine the items and notify you whether you are entitled to a refund. Please allow 5-10 business days for your refund request to be processed. 

Personalized and food items are final sale; however a full refund/exchange will be given for items that have been received defective/damaged.
